Job summary

Peaceful Living in Hudson, WI is seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers to enhance residents' quality of life through compassionate care and support. The role involves helping with daily activities, maintaining dignity, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for clients in our care.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must have dependable, caring, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.
• Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
• Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
• Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
• Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.

Job Details:

• Searching for a Personal Care Worker to work with one of our many clients in Hudson, WI.
• Schedule: Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts available (occasional weekend shifts may be required, depending on client needs).
• Schedules vary based upon client's needs; our Human Resources team will work with you to find the right scheduling fit based on your availability.

What You’ll Do:
