Hours : 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (First Shift), 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Second Shift), 12:00 am to 8:00 am (Third Shift)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Quality Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to residents in a personal care facility. The successful candidate will assist residents with daily activities, including medication administration, personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, and documentation. The caregiver plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities :

First Shift :

• Administer medication to residents following established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and serve breakfast according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist residents with dressing and grooming.
• Conduct showers on designated days, maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Clean and tidy bedrooms for a safe and comfortable environment.
• Prepare and serve lunch adhering to dietary requirements.
• Complete ADL (Activities of Daily Living) forms accurately.
• Review and verify Medication Administration Records for proper medication distribution.

Second Shift :

• Offer water and snacks to residents as needed.
• Prepare and serve dinner, considering dietary restrictions.
• Assist residents with bedtime routines.
• Perform light cleaning duties in common areas and rooms.
• Complete ADL forms thoroughly.
• Verify Medication Administration Records for accuracy.

Third Shift :

• Perform light cleaning duties.
• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Assist residents with immediate needs during the night.
• Complete documentation, including ADL and medication records.

Job Title : CBRF Staff / Caregiver

Additional Responsibilities :

• Medication administration, health monitoring, meal preparation, housekeeping, social engagement, documentation, communication, behavioral support, and crisis intervention.

Skills and Certifications :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CBRF training certification and training in medication administration.
• Background check compliance.

Working Conditions :

• Physical stamina and emotional resilience.
