Job summary

ComForCare in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors. You’ll assist with daily activities, support independence, and ensure comfort and safety in clients’ homes.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time, day/evening/overnight), starting pay $17.50–$22/hour, overtime for holidays, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, and room to grow through skill development.

Qualifications

• Passion to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.
• Age 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Previous in-home or facility caregiving experience is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Monitor health and safety, report changes to supervisor.

Compensation & Perks
