Job summary

ComForCare in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1-on-1 in-home care to seniors. You will support daily activities, ensure safety, and help maintain independence in the client’s home.

We offer flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits. Full-time and part-time roles with some overnight shifts are available, plus training and development to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed, but not required.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half for holiday shifts
