About the Role

What You Should Know:

  • This is a DRIVING position, providing care to patients in homes and facilities across Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Fayette, and surrounding counties. Travel is required daily.
  • Full-Time shifts are available: M-F 8am-4pm; Sun-Wed 8am-6pm; Wed-Sat 8am-6pm; or Thurs, 8am-12pm + Thurs-Sat 8am-8pm.
  • We deliver superior end-of-life care, requiring a compassionate heart for hospice.
Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide quality nursing assistance, support families, and work closely with a team, developing strong relationships with patients while respecting their dignity and compassion.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio, with no board actions
  • Preferred: One year of experience
  • Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred; required within two years of employment
  • Proficient in documentation and computer skills
  • Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
