Concordia at Villa St. Joseph - Resident Care Aide

Location: PC1040 State Street, Baden, PA 15005, United States of America

Position: Resident Care Aide (RCA)

Overview: Villa St. Joseph, founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph and part of Concordia since 2018, is committed to serving others with a faith-based mission. Located amidst nature yet close to amenities, we seek dedicated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
2. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
3. Encourage residents’ independence.
4. Assist in development and implementation of resident assessment and support plans.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Compensation & Shifts:

Starting at $18.45/hour, plus shift differential ($1.50) and weekend premium ($1.50). Med Techs start at $19.20/hour with similar premiums. Day and overnight shifts available.
