As a caregiver, your duties include light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms), laundry, meal preparation and serving, and possibly errands or grocery shopping. You may also assist with personal services like dressing, bathing, and grooming. Join our team and help our community one person at a time. To the world, you may be one person, but to one person, you are their world.

Our PCPs must interact effectively with clients, coworkers, supervisors, family members, and community referral sources. They should perform homemaking skills, demonstrate excellent customer service, make common sense decisions, communicate professionally, maintain a professional appearance, and respect client confidentiality.

As part of our team, you will help us utilize resources effectively to achieve our mission. Maintaining accurate client records and data is essential.

What Else You'll Bring to the Table

• 6 months experience in homemaker or personal care services
• Preferred: Valid Colorado driver’s license and own transportation (not required)
• Flexibility and professionalism
• Ability to relate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
• Criminal background check and willingness for random drug screenings
• Geriatric, medical, or home-care experience is a plus

More About Your Role

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately completing 'ClearCare' timekeeping entries
• Demonstrating flexibility
• Reporting significant changes observed in clients' homes
• Completing incident reports as needed
• Maintaining professionalism and a professional appearance
• Consistent communication with supervisors
• Handling non-routine situations calmly following protocols
• Participating in all required training (12 hours annually)
