Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least one year of personal care experience.
• Can pass all required background checks (CORI, OIG, SORI, NARS).

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care such as bathing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
• Plan and prepare meals, and do light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
