Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support for seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living. You will follow individualized care plans to promote safety, independence, and quality of life.

The role involves personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and non-clinical medication reminders, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Provide transportation or errands as assigned (if approved).
• Document care activities and report changes in condition promptly.
• Follow all PASA, safety, and agency compliance requirements.

Overview

The Caregiver provides compassionate, reliable in‑home support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. This role focuses on promoting safety, independence, and quality of life while following individualized care plans and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and hygiene support.
