Job summary

Cornerstone VNA in Rochester, NH is seeking a Per Diem Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for second shift to support clients at home. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands, while building meaningful relationships with clients with the autonomy to create your own schedule.

The role offers evening hours (5pm–11pm) with an additional pay differential and mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team that provides on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PCA or PCSP certification, or willingness to complete PCA training.
• Compassionate, dependable, and a great communicator.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Basic tech skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PCA support including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Run personal errands and provide companionship.
