Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to deliver in-home care in Tennessee. Build one-on-one relationships, control your schedule, and support veterans and other clients with dignity in their own homes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, safety awareness, and respect for diverse backgrounds. Training is available; you’ll follow a plan of care created with the supervising RN and provide compassionate, non-skilled personal care and light homemaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
• Perform light housekeeping (meal prep, dishes, laundry, errands).
• Encourage independence while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality.
• Follow plan of care and report changes to RN promptly.
