MaineTouch in Windsor, ME is hiring Personal Care Attendants to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following an individualized care plan. No prior experience is required—training is provided from day one, with opportunities for growth into PSS, CNA, CRMA, DSP, and nursing roles.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to complete PSS training within 60 days of hire.
• Active or inactive CNAs welcome to apply.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Cell phone required for scheduling and documentation.

MaineTouch is hiring Personal Care Attendants in Windsor, ME 04363 and surrounding areas of Kennebec County. If you have experience as a home health aide, direct support professional, caregiver, or personal care assistant - or you're simply dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference - we want to hear from you.

Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and availability, with performance-based increases. We offer full-time and part-time in-home care positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You tell us your availability - we match you with clients near you. Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes following an individualized plan of care - providing personal care, supporting safe mobility and transfers, assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and offering the steady companionship that keeps people living safely at home.
