Job summary

Allied Caregivers is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant in New Hampshire to provide in-home support tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitoring wellbeing, using our mobile documentation system.

The role offers part-time and per-diem schedules with flexible hours seven days a week, enabling you to build a routine that fits your life while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience or comfort with personal care tasks.
• Current TB test and physical examination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living space.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well-being.
• Run errands as needed.
• Record care provided and client updates in the documentation app.
• Collaborate with clients and Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality care.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide personalized in-home assistance based on each client's unique needs. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe, organized living space.
• Providing companionship and social interaction while monitoring clients' overall well-being.
• Running occasional errands when needed.
• Recording care provided and client updates through our easy-to-use mobile documentation system.
• Working closely with both clients and the Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality, consistent care.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Current Blood TB test and physical examination.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience is a plus:

• Previous experience providing in-home care or personal caregiving services.
• Current LNA or RN credential.
• Experience using mobile devices or apps to complete care documentation.

Schedule

• Part-time & Per-diem position.
