Personal Care Attendant - Nome-based
Provide assistance to consumers of the In Home Support/PCA Program. Enable consumers to obtain or maintain an independent living situation that allows them the least restrictive environment by helping them remain in the region and in their own homes.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Driver’s license preferred.
BLS or CPR, First Aid Certification,
Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication; Critical Incidents Reports, Mandatory Reporting, Restrictive Intervention, Food Worker’s Card.
Required upon hire: register with AK Background Check.Unit; apply for NPI, certify with Conduent as Medicaid Provider
Work is conducted in a standard home environment, which includes exposure to hazards in the home
Minimal travel is required (less than 25% of the time)
