Job summary

Allied Caregivers is seeking a part-time Personal Care Attendant to help clients in their homes. You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and support safety while coordinating with our office.

Flexible scheduling is available, and the role centers on compassionate, person-centered care. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• TB test and physical are required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Document shift notes using a mobile app.
• Engage with clients in a caring manner, upholding comfort and dignity.

Role Overview

As a Personal Care Attendant at Allied Caregivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate with our clients and office to ensure our clients are comfortable, safe, and receive assistance with their daily tasks. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Run light errands and maintain a clean and cozy home environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and be an extra set of eyes to ensure client safety.
• Document shift notes using our simple mobile app.
• Engage with clients in a caring manner, promoting their comfort and dignity.

Prerequisites

You're a great fit if you have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age and comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Blood TB Test and Physical.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Bonus If You

• Have experience in personal care or home caregiving.
• Are a registered LNA or RN.
• Are familiar with using mobile applications for documentation.
