Allied Caregivers is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home support, helping clients with daily tasks, ensuring comfort and safety, and coordinating with our office for scheduling.

This compassionate role offers flexibility with a self-created part-time schedule, meaningful care, and the chance to make a real difference in clients' lives. Eligible candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, TB test and physical, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Blood TB Test and Physical must be completed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Role Overview

As a Personal Care Attendant at Allied Caregivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate with our clients and office to ensure our clients are comfortable, safe, and receive assistance with their daily tasks. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Run light errands and maintain a clean and cozy home environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and be an extra set of eyes to ensure client safety.
• Document shift notes using our simple mobile app.
• Engage with clients in a caring manner, promoting their comfort and dignity.

Prerequisites

You're a great fit if you have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age and comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Blood TB Test and Physical.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Bonus If You

• Have experience in personal care or home caregiving.
• Are a registered LNA or RN.
• Are familiar with using mobile applications for documentation.
