Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caring Home Care Aides for FULL and PART time positions to provide personalized care in clients\' homes. You will work one-to-one on tasks aligned with the client\'s plan of care, offering companionship and support in a well-organized setting.

We value empathy, excellence, and integrity as we help older adults age in place. Training and flexible scheduling are available, with opportunities to join a nationally recognized home care provider.

Qualifications

• Requires compassion and reliable care for older adults.
• Valid driver's license in the state of application.
• Must provide a reliable, insured vehicle to use on the client\'s behalf for scheduled shifts and travel within 15 miles.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to email, Internet, and a mobile phone.
• We are a drug-free workplace; a criminal background and driving record check are completed before hiring.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship and support with a variety of daily living tasks.
• Transportation and companionship to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Standby assistance with personal hygiene.
• Overnight safety awareness and reporting changes to the client plan.
