Job summary

Don-Services-1 is seeking a compassionate caregiver for a few hours per week to support a consumer in Canonsburg, PA. The role focuses on helping individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities stay independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care activities such as feeding, skin and mouth care, ambulation, bathing assistance, grooming, shaving, dressing, transfers, toileting/incontinence care, and reminders for medications.
• Home Support and Ancillary Services including shopping/errands, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Work in the consumer's home in Canonsburg, PA, with flexible, part-time hours.

Personal Care (PC): feeding, skin and mouth care, ambulation, bathing (assistance), hair care, grooming, shaving, dressing, transfer activities, toileting/incontinence care, assistance with medications (opening bottles, verbal reminders)

Home Support (HS) and Ancillary Services (AS): food shopping/errands for consumer (attendant only), meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping (to ensure safe/sanitary environment), garbage removal

Job Type:Part-time

Pay:$14- per hour

Expected hours:10 OR LESS

Education:
