Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking reliable Caregivers/PCAs to support adult patients in their homes in Katy, Texas. This private duty, one-on-one home health role focuses on compassionate care and safety.

Shifts: M-F 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Compensation is $12–$15/hour plus benefits, including health, dental, disability, 401(k) match and generous PTO.

Join a growing team led by VitalCaring values. Prior caregiving experience (1+ year) and ADL skills preferred; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving in home health, hospital, assisted living, or similar
• ADL experience (bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, etc.)
• Experience with Hoyer lift or sliding board

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, safety, and support
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers)
• Support errands and appointments as needed
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Help patients remain safe and independent at home

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship, safety, and support

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers)
