Position Details:

• Part-time, not to exceed 24 hours per weekend
• Sign-on bonus available

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; basic reading, writing, math skills; ability to use a computer at 25 WPM; proof of diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum Experience: Ability to work with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities with exceptional needs
• Experience in Person-Centered Organization Skills preferred
• Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance required; personal transportation needed for shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Completion of training courses: CPI, AAA Defensive Driving, CPR/First Aid, Proxy Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform person-centered services based on individual preferences and ISP plans, promoting independence and well-being
• Maintain accurate records including financial reports, behavior supports, personal care, medication assistance
• Complete documentation via CareLogic reflecting individual's choices and observations
• Assist with daily living skills, personal hygiene, home care, advocacy, and community integration
