Job summary

Right at Home East Atlanta/Rome is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. Earn $14.00-$15.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and same-day pay, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving or personal care experience required.
• Home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital experience a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support and monitor client condition.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry, medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands, mobility assistance.
• Follow each client’s care plan and document care accurately.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate one-on-one care.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Monitor changes in client condition and report concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous caregiving or personal care experience required
• Home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or family caregiving experience is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to Pass Background Check
• Ability to Pass Drug Screening
• Strong Communication Skills
