Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assists clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene and ambulation.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping.
• Helps with medication reminders, healthy movements, healthy diet and setting doctor appointments.
• Observes and reports changes in the client’s mental, physical and emotional condition or home situation to Nursing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• PCA/NA Certificate from approved program
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date TB test
• Ability to pass criminal background check
