Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Remind and assist with medications.
• Provide companionship and transportation when needed.
• Support clients to remain independent at home.
