Guiding Angels at Home Care in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) for a part-time in-home role. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM (9 hours/week).

Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (9 hours/week)

About the Position

Guiding Angels at Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide in-home personal care services for a senior client in Nashville, Tennessee. The client requires assistance with activities of daily living and homemaker services. Care tasks include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, supervision, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide toileting and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and supervision
• Provide medication reminders
• Maintain accurate documentation and EVV compliance
• Report any changes in client condition to the office

Qualifications

• Caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
