Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Support safe arrivals, departures, and transfers.
• Assist with participant care during transportation and medical appointments.
• Observe and report changes in participant health or well-being.
• Encourage engagement through group and individual activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you'll provide hands‑on support to participants in our Day Center, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. You'll build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily activities and creating a welcoming environment where participants can thrive.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist participants with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
