Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver Assistant to support residents with daily living, meals, and social activities. You will follow service plans to maintain dignity and quality of life in a compassionate setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branch leadership as needs change, and applying care for residents with dementia. A HS diploma or GED is required, with CNA training offered after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or one-year related experience.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional training as required by state.

• Assist in all aspects of daily living, including meals and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.

• Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
