Job summary

Advantage PCA & Senior Care in Crosby Area is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

You may assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and communicate changes to the care team. We offer daytime, evening, weekend shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or casual roles; no mandatory holidays, ESST, direct deposit, and online pay access.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care that keeps clients safe and comfortable.
• Assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and report changes to the care team.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every day as a Personal Care Assistant is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
