Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support students with special needs in Coatesville, PA. This full-time role involves assisting with daily activities, mobility support, and classroom integration to help students reach their academic and social goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience with children with special needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and classroom support to students with special needs.
• Assist students with daily activities, personal care needs, and mobility as required.
• Support academic engagement, behavioral goals, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement student support plans.
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
