CNS Cares is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Private Duty Caregiver to deliver compassionate in-home care. This role involves 20 hours per week with pay rates of $15-$17 per hour, working in clients' homes to support independence and well-being.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of in-home health care experience, must be available every other weekend, and be willing to travel up to 60 miles and work across multiple homes as needed. Join a team that puts patient care first.

• Build trusting relationships with patients and families
• Follow agency policies and procedures and ensure safety
• Coordinate care across client homes as needed
