Senior Helpers – Fairfax is seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistantsto provide exceptional in-home care to seniors across Fairfax County.

Mandatory: Applicants must have clean driving record and clean background check

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding

  • Extensively experienced in providing incontinence care, including performing pad changes, and assisting with body repositioning
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers, ensuring client comfort and safety

  • Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or physical condition

  • Support with medication reminders and encourage participation in daily exercises or therapy

Qualifications:
  • Must speak English fluently (as a primary or strong secondary language)

  • Current and valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification

  • CPR and First Aid certified

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Fairfax County
