Job summary

Right at Home West Los Angeles in Santa Monica is looking for a compassionate caregiver to help clients stay independent. You will assist with daily living activities, transport clients to appointments, and provide medication reminders.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, sick time, 401(k) matching, mileage reimbursement, and holiday pay. Driving clients in your own insured vehicle is preferred when applicable.

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiver or similar experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Must hold HCA license, CPR, and recent TB test.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities.
• Provide medication reminders and support medication management.
• Prepare meals considering dietary restrictions and provide light housekeeping and companionship.

Salary

$18.50-$20.00 per hour (DOE experience, weekend availability, ability to drive clients in own insured vehicle)

Requirements
