Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and CNAs to serve Beverly and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, training available, and opportunities across full-time and part-time shifts.

You will support seniors in their homes with daily activities, companionship, and basic care needs. Training is provided for those new to the field; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• No experience required—training provided for the right candidates.
• Willingness to follow health, safety, and infection-control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Report unusual incidents or changes in a client’s condition.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow agency procedures.
