Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Bismarck, ND is seeking a PCA plus CMA to provide resident care and support independence for our residents. You will pass medications as per care plans, assist with daily living activities, document care, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate service.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, a $18.50–$19.50 hourly base plus shift differentials, and benefits including health, vision, dental, HSA, 401K, and PTO from day 1.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide certified required.
• Prior caregiving experience desired.
• Desire to help others and train new staff.
• Willingness to continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, showers and baths.
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity in interactions.
• Document cares appropriately.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
