Job summary

Noah Homes Inc. in Spring Valley, CA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently at home and in the community.

You will support daily living skills, ensure a safe and clean home, transport to appointments, and collaborate with a dedicated team to implement individualized support plans. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a Live scan and health screen,

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll:

• Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

• Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
• Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
• Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
• Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Working Hours:

Level 2 and 3 Homes:

• 4 days on / 2 days off (rolling cycle) - consistent hours with rotating days off, including some weekends.
  • Weekday shifts: 6:00 AM-10:00 AM
  • Weekend shifts: 6:00 AM-1:45 PM
