Job summary

Senior Helpers of Milford is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to deliver one-on-one in-home care for clients across Massachusetts, including Worcester and surrounding towns. Duties include bathing, dressing, meal prep, mobility support, companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, biweekly pay, paid training, supportive staff, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to work close to home whenever

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation and a compassionate attitude.
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check.

We are currently hiring PCAs in Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, Wrentham, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate one‑on‑one care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance. You’ll also monitor clients’ well‑being and communicate any changes with our office while following each client’s personalized care plan.
