Job summary

Caring Connections Home Care in Liberty, NY is hiring both part-time and full-time Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our compassionate team. If you are empathetic, reliable, and enjoy helping seniors maintain independence, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation support, all while following individualized care plans and reporting

Qualifications

• Valid PCA or HHA Certificate is required.
• English proficiency is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to work with seniors.
• Proven track record of providing excellent care to elderly individuals.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
