Stand Out Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or other health conditions.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
Provide transportation to medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, and other errands.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, mood, or condition.
Follow established care plans and maintain accurate communication with families and care team members.
Respect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Must possess current CPR and First Aid certification.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physical stamina to assist with lifting, moving, and transferring clients.
Basic knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures.

Primarily provides care in clients' homes.
Some assignments may take place in assisted living or residential care facilities.
Requires professionalism, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.
