Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Surprise, AZ. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. This is a PART TIME AND FULL TIME opportunity, with varying shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Manage medication schedules and administration
• Ensure client safety and well-being by monitoring vital signs and responding to emergency situations
• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and respect for our clients' unique needs and preferences

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiver role
• HIGH SCHOOL diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work part time or full time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients with care and attention
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
