Job summary

The Creston Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities, companionship, and light daily tasks in a compassionate setting.

You will collaborate with the care team to monitor residents and maintain their independence and dignity, while providing a warm, respectful atmosphere. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Heart for caregiving and helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meals, and errands.
