Ridgeline Homecare Cooperative is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to support clients at home with daily living activities. The role focuses on personal care, mobility support, and maintaining dignity and independence for clients in their own homes.

Ideal candidates are patient, respectful, and dependable with strong communication skills and the ability to follow individualized care plans. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within a cooperative framework.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to client care.
• Experience as Personal Care Aide or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred or required by agency guidelines.
• Dependability and consistent attendance for scheduled visits.
• Experience in home care or senior care is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as appropriate.
• Assist with mobility, walking, positioning and transfers.
• Support eating and other activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and routines.
• Offer companionship and reassurance during personal care.

Provide Respectful, Hands-On Personal Support We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to help clients with personal care and activities of daily living in the comfort of their homes.

This role is focused on hands-on support with hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other personal routines while protecting each client’s dignity, privacy, and independence.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Provide toileting and incontinence care as appropriate

Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers

Help clients with eating and other activities of daily living

Support clients with established personal care routines

Encourage clients to participate in daily activities as independently as possible

Provide companionship and reassurance during personal care

Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition, behavior, or needs

Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

Collaborate with the care team to deliver the highest quality care

Treat every client with patience, dignity, and respect

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Care Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or similar role preferred

Comfort providing hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach

Strong communication and observation skills

Ability to follow care plans and safety instructions

Strong attention to detail and documentation

Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and physical care needs

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or required based on agency guidelines

Personal Care Aide training, certification, or other state-required qualifications when applicable

Dependability and consistent attendance for scheduled client visits

Experience in personal care, senior care, assisted living, disability support, home care, or direct care is especially helpful.
