A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join their LIFE Broad Street team in Philadelphia. The role involves assisting elderly participants with daily living activities in a supportive environment. Offering competitive salary and benefits, including a $2500 sign-on bonus, this position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for residents in our care.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm,
Status: Full time 1 winter/1 summer holiday rotating. Every other weekend.

We are looking for compassionate and caring Personal Care Worker to join our LIFE Broad Street team. LIFE Broad Street Healthcare is a member of Trinity Health PACE. Our facility ministers exclusively to the elderly through a coordinated care model which provides preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services designed to assist older individuals to live as independently as possible while continuing to live within their community.
This position qualifies for a $2500 sign on bonus with a 2-year commitment. The 3 installments are paid out over the two-year commitment period.
This position will be housed primarily at the LIFE Broad Street facility. However, occasional home care work may be required.
