Job summary

Courtyard Rehabilitation in Florida seeks a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a faith-based, caring environment. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed to prevent skin breakdown.
• Help with one-person transfers and mobility support.
• Escort or remind residents to meals, pass hydration and snacks at designated times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces.
• Monitor resident status and report changes or incidents to the Nurse or Administrator.
• Make beds and perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team.

The Opportunity
