Job summary

SVNA Home Assistance in Lenox, MA seeks caring Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical support in clients' homes or facilities. You will help with daily activities, companionship, and ensuring safety while respecting clients' dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends, with shifts starting at a few hours. Additional PTO and health insurance may be provided to qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes or facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals, assist with medications, and perform light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social and mental stimulation activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

SVNA Home Assistance is a registered, non-medical home care company. We provide caregivers to our clients' homes or within any facility in the Lenox, Massachusetts area, to make our clients' day-to-day lives easier. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of PCAs who pride themselves on matching personalities to meet the unique needs of our clients.
