Responsibilities

• Follow the services outlined in each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document any observed changes in condition according to laws and company policies.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement programs, ensuring services are complete and tailored to each resident.
• Report issues affecting service quality to your supervisor for correction.
• Comply with all company policies, local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
• Work safely, report unsafe actions immediately, and adhere to Safety Committee Standards.
• Foster teamwork, assist colleagues beyond your duties, and positively influence co-workers, residents, and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with other Personal Care Assistants regarding resident needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.
