Loving Arms Caregiving is seeking a full-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) based on-site in Santa Ana, CA. You will assist clients with daily living activities and personal care, help with meals, light housekeeping, and safe mobility. You will monitor wellbeing, follow care plans, document services, and report changes to supervisors or family.

This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, with a focus on dignity, safety, and respectful communication with clients and families.

Competenze

• Experience supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintaining client safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prior caregiving experience, home care or facility-based care knowledge is beneficial.
• Reliability, patience, cultural sensitivity, and ability to follow care instructions are valued.
• Certifications and clear background checks are a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States may be required.

Role Description

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in PCA and Personal Care Services, with experience supporting activities of daily living and maintaining client safety.
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, listen effectively, and interact respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Personal Care skills including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Relevant qualifications such as prior caregiving experience, home care or facility-based care experience, and knowledge of basic health and safety practices are beneficial.
