BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring caring individuals in Clyde, Waynesville Canton, and Maggie Valley areas to become Home Health Aides (HHA) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA).

No prior experience is required as BAYADA provides training, and you will visit clients at home in Haywood, Buncombe, and Hendersonville Counties in NC. The role emphasizes compassionate caregiving, reliable schedules, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering high-quality

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) per a written plan of care by a nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and range of motion exercises.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and provide light housekeeping.
• Give medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing.

We are currently recruiting Home Health Aides (HHA) to reliably serve clients in Haywood, Buncombe, and Hendersonville Counties in BAYADA's ACSP Division.

Pay: $16.50 per hour on our HHA and PCA cases!

What you’ll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA HHA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
