BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to serve clients in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, and Rutherford Counties in BAYADA’s ACSP Division. Pay is $16.50 per hour for HHA and PCA cases, with training and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care.
• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation support as needed.
• Support mobility and range-of-motion activities and remind about medications.

We are currently recruiting Home Health Aides (HHA) and PCA’s to reliably serve clients in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, and Rutherford Counties in BAYADA’s ACSP Division.

Pay: $16.50 per hour on HHA and PCA cases!

What you’ll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA HHA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help themwith:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
