Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring caregiving staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes in the Lewisburg/Williamsport area. Roles include Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Direct Care Workers, and Home Health Aides with options for part-time, full-time, and various shift times.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. We offer vacation days annually, training provided, and benefits like direct deposit, weekly pay, and holiday pay when worked.

Job duties include:

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
