Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care in patients' homes across Philipsburg and nearby areas. Training is provided, and you can choose full-time or part-time weekend, weekday, or evening shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and maintaining privacy. The role requires comfortable use of mobile devices for EVV and logging visits; reliable internet access is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

• Provide companionship and social engagement.

Job duties include:

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
