Traditional Home Care in State College, PA is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for clients in their homes. Flexible scheduling and training are provided; positions include full-time and part-time weekend, weekday, and evening shifts.

Employees are expected to assist with bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, companionship, and maintaining a safe home environment. This role requires use of mobile devices for EVV and visits, as per the 21st Century Cures Act.

Job Duties Include

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
